Ugh - broth and bog water on the nose, with some berry trying to peek through. Strange wine. Not bad exactly, but the acidity is just standing there with nothing to lean on - no fruit weight, no structure. Drinkable, not tasty.
The bouquet of this wine is dominated by VA, accompanied by a hint of wormwood. It features an unusual combination of cranberry, dogwood, and a pâté-with-jam-like quality. The palate feels elevated yet somewhat unbalanced, with flavours of chocolate and dark fruits adding to its character. It's a tad too eccentric. Overall, despite its unique profile, it doesn't stand out as anything particularly special.
