Barolo Cerretta

Riper than the others. Even more medicinal herbs, but the fruit has shifted - not sour cherry anymore but sweet cherries, blueberry, jam, cola. Pretty sweet nose for Barolo. Muscular and charged as hell. This is the bodybuilder of the lineup - all power and concentration. Yet it's still tasty and complex, not just a fruit bomb. The score reflects the trade-off - impressive but loses some elegance for all that muscle. Still, when you want Barolo to flex, this delivers.
