Terre du Lias

Compared to 2020, this one is more subtle, restrained and multilayered. It has a curious bouquet: mushrooms, bandages, flour, white fruits and gozinaqi. It's round, fresh and narrow with long saline aftertaste and flavours of apple seeds and diesel.
