Oh, the famous Vin Jaune. A love or hate style of wine. A pure pleasure to witness the reaction of people tasting it for the first time. This particular bottle is not very complex but offers a typical fino aroma mixed with citrus, bread, and curry. A fresh and mineral palate. A profound and long finish.

Julien Mareschal owns 5 hectares in Arbois. Around 3.5 hectares are planted with Chardonnay, Savagnin Savagnin. Trousseau, Pinot Noir and Ploussard occupy the remaining 1.5 ha. All vines are more than 30 years old.
