Pietra Nera

Very cool stuff. Apples and salted almonds up front, then dried herbs, elderflower, acacia - subtle but there. Sea breeze running through everything. Hints of pickles woven in so seamlessly you barely notice them as a separate element. Brilliant acidity, proper minerality, genuinely complex. Mediterranean character with actual finesse. Would absolutely buy again.
