Incredible and not typical Zibibbo. It is complex, delicious and not a tropical aromatic bomb. Peppermint, pebbles soaked in smelly seawater, seaweed, hints of pickles and some tropical fruits. Medium-light body, fresh and mineral. Obscenely quaffable.

Pietranera is my favourite dry Zibibbo (sorry Integer, not you). Now it's less crazy but delicious, delicate and sophisticated as ever. Fresh grapes, tropical fruits, chalk, white flowers, and citrus. The palate is delicate, fresh and mineral with a pleasantly salty finish.
