This Jacky Blot wine exemplifies the benefits of ageing, combining opulence with delicacy. The bouquet features wax, apple jam, white flowers, flint, lanolin, and quince, with hints of honey. Though less opulent than Vouvray, its age lends depth and power. The palate is marked by a salty, crisp, and lengthy aftertaste, echoing the texture and flavours of still Champagne.
