Tasted blind and at some point said "well, I'd be surprised if it's Sous Le Végétal." Why? Muscat character is here, but where's that signature saltiness and minerality? Turns out Livia plays by different rules than their other cuvées. Still delicious - moderately tropical with good earthiness, hints of honey and herbs. Fresh and effortless
