Bright, a bit wild, and clearly not fully ready. The nose is properly feral - Nordic berries, bitter herbs, dill, pickles, underbrush. The acidity is razor-sharp. On the palate: cornelian cherry, more herbs. Light-bodied and intensely high-acid, it's both sophisticated and situational - demanding the right mood or food to really shine.
