Boy, this is a tough one. At 10 years old, it's still absurdly young and underdeveloped. It looks like uzvar with its deep copper colour. The oxidized bouquet offers medicinal notes, bruised apples, quince jam, lemon, and uzvar. Powerful acidity and a slightly grippy structure. Long and delicious aftertaste. Stylish and interesting wine that we opened prematurely. Damn.
