Bianco is the skin-contact white from Podere Pian di Meta Vecchia, the half-hectare VinNatur estate that Elena Dainese and Andrea Varisco farm at Pian di Meta in Castiglione d'Orcia, in the Val d'Orcia hills of southern Tuscany. It is made from 100% Trebbiano given time on its skins, then bottled unfiltered (the back label reads 'vino non filtrato') as a natural wine. The bottle itself carries only the minimal 'Bianco / Vino / Prodotto in Italia' wording, with no appellation, although importer and trade listings (VinNatur, Vivino) describe it as Toscana IGT. The estate's red, by contrast, is the one labelled 'TerraLuna'; this white is simply 'Bianco'.
