Spumant Viu Chardonnay Brut

Beautiful nose - bright and clean, with no chaotic edges. Honey, baked apples, flowers. Maybe a touch on the sterile side, but it's juicy, fresh, and bursting with fruit. Really lovely. It's precise, even a bit complex. Clarity, and charm. They say minimal sulfites - and hey, it's a pét-nat! From Moldova! Color me impressed.
