Yes, it leans tropical, but backed by proper structure and vibrant acidity. Touch of cider character, fine bubbles, long finish. Compelling stuff.

That soft, buttery bread vibe - or maybe those buttery biscuits from a metal tin 🤷 But wow, this is a seriously good wine. Yes, it leans tropical, but it's backed by solid acidity and structure. There's a touch of cider-like character, fine perlage, and a long finish. A great story in the glass - so far, one of the best traditional method sparklings I've had from Moldova.
