Lol - thought it was Crémant, and I should know better. It's my beloved Pregadéu. Strangely, this release is more creamy than usual - softer, rounder, less of the precision I associate with this wine. Pregadéu has never been typical Cava: it's the one that earned my loyalty precisely because it skips the freaky oak lushness so many Cavas lean on, and just stays clean and confident. This bottle bends slightly toward the creamier register, but the bones are still there - good acidity, good balance, a long finish. Apples, pears, a hint of brioche, that quiet honesty I keep coming back to.
