Pregadéu

One of my favourite Cava available on the UA market these days. It's a shame that the 5+1 offer has ended, but luckily I've stashed a few cases for my own good. It's fresh and expressive, it shows good fruit and sur lie influence. And it's not vulgar! I prefer to decant it and serve it a little bit warmer.

Really nice, fresh and precise Cava that managed to sustain its fruitness. Apples, grapefruit, pickles and brioche. Delicate, not complex, friendly and just tasty.

An interesting Cava, especially considering its price. Neat and friendly combination of typical features with 'natural' stuff. Apples, pears, lemon and some pickles. It is not over-oaked nor over-yeasted. Still has a nice bready touch. Fresh and delicate. Not complex but tasty, so I craved the second bottle... No, I don't have problems with alcohol. Right?
