Wine #3 on a blind tasting dedicated to Mythopia.
Oh my gosh. I could not finish even a third of the normal serving. My glass was full of boiled cabbage, blood sausage and VA. A bit of leather, wet bark and spoiled berries made it more interesting. But the palate is broken into pieces. Someone forgot to stir this beverage.
Legendary alpine wine that I know for being expensive and absurdly constant in its faults. Truly, up to expectations. It's funky, yet it has some complexity. Dark berries, cranberries, brine, and cocoa. All that in the cow's ass. Maybe we didn't let it breathe enough, but count me curious. Juicy and harsh at the same time.
