At first, it felt a bit too simple and closed, but given some time, it turned into something utterly beautiful and delicious. Notes of Nordic berries like guelder rose, damp lime (not the fruit), sweaty horse, and pomelo. On the palate, it's akin to a mix of guelder rose berries with sour cream---sharp acidity, a bit creamy texture, and the distinct flavours of guelder rose berries (if you know, you know, lol). Overall, it's irresistible and not your typical rosé, offering wonderful texture, balance, and complexity.
