Maskerade Rosé

Cool rosé. Like someone dropped barberry candy into ayran and somehow it works. Slightly fizzy, with a touch of sweetness that could annoy me but doesn't - the acidity keeps everything in check. This is Maskerade living up to its name, playing dress-up as something fun and frivolous when there's clearly more going on. The salty-sweet-tart thing shouldn't make sense, but here we are. Simply tasty, uncomplicated pleasure.
