Pretty easygoing and not particularly complex, but nicely put together. Dried apples and pears, chamomile, a touch of honey, and a gentle cider-like tang. The residual sugar is definitely there (>6 g/L), yet the wine holds its shape thanks to well-placed acidity and decent volume. It walks that fine line - sophisticated enough to keep your interest, but ultimately just very drinkable. Personally, I'd love a bit more verticality, but it works.
