Still far too young - everything turned up to eleven, no room for compromise. And yet, it's a striking wine. Orange zest, dried apricots, dried pears and apples, chamomile tea, cider, hairspray and honey. Tannic, elevated, with sharp acidity and solid flavour concentration. But what's surprising is how little fruit comes through on the palate - instead it leans hard into stony, herbal, iron-rich territory. Chamomile and minerals dominate, making this feel more like a raw element than a finished composition. Challenging, but impressive.
