Langhe Nebbiolo

The young-vine cut from Giuseppe Rinaldi's Barolo holdings, declassified to Langhe Nebbiolo DOC. Fruit historically came from younger Ravera vines (easterly exposure); since 2019 the cuvée has also drawn from young vines at the family's Bussia plot. Same traditional template as the Barolos - indigenous yeasts, spontaneous temperature, long maceration - but aged a shorter ~18 months in large botti before bottling instead of the 3.5 years the Barolos see. 13.5% ABV.
