The wine was completely shy in a universal glass. It was a game-changer to switch to burgundy glass. A delicate and charming bouquet of baked apples, sea breeze, warm pebbles, green hazelnut, tangerine, and a touch of herbal and smokey notes. Dry and salty mouthful. Medium-high acidity, pronounces flavours and long finish. The wine is sophisticated, and it demands attention.
