Ah, what a lovely blend of Galician grapes. Every time I drink a bottle of Cume do Avia, I can't help but to reflect on their story. It is fruitful in its youth; it's bloody in its minerality. Add some flowers, and mix it with a light body, good acidity and almost perfect balance. What do you get? Colleita #7.
