Riverina Drover's Hut Chardonnay Single Vineyard

Drover's Hut Chardonnay is part of the personality series that tells stories from the estate's past. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve the crips and bright aromatics and flavours. After the destemming process, they are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After the initial alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left sur lie for 6-8 months (with monthly stirring) in 2nd and 3rd-use barrels. No malolactic fermentation occurs.
