La Pucelle is a rose de maceration from the Chamery lieu-dit of the same name, a single-vintage 2020. It is 100% Pinot Meunier, given a short skin maceration - around half a day - to draw its colour, then bottled Brut Nature with no dosage. Tiraged in September 2021 and disgorged on the fly in March 2023, so roughly eighteen months on the lees. 12.5%.
