Chamery is Thomas Perseval's still white - a Coteaux Champenois Blanc, the appellation for Champagne's non-sparkling wines. 100% Pinot Meunier from old vines at Chamery, in the sandy soils of the Petite Montagne de Reims; direct-pressed and raised in old 228 and 500 litre barrels with little or no added sulphur, the way Perseval handles his single-parcel wines. Organic (Ecocert). 2021 was a brutal Champagne vintage - severe April frost, a wet summer and unprecedented mildew, and a tiny, hard-won crop. Dry, 11.7%.
