At this point, I am not sure how to review this wine. Among the best white Burgundy wines, I tasted in my life. Despite overly young age, it already shows friendliness combined with complexity and structure. A truly multilayered wine. A generous bouquet of lime, pear, chalk, buttered croissant and orange oil. Almost full-bodied on the palate yet elegant, fresh and persistent with a long mineral finish.
It feels wasteful to put it on a blind tasting, but boy, how happy I am that so many people enjoyed it!
