100% Poulsard (locally 'Ploussard') from Philippe Bornard's organic Côtes du Jura holdings around Pupillin. The 'Point barre' cuvée is the estate's flagship Ploussard - light-coloured and almost translucent red as the variety naturally gives in Pupillin, vinified low-intervention and bottled without added sulfur, in August 2017.
