Magnum. A complex and multilayered wine. And I find it hard to break its bouquet into separate descriptors. But let me try. Yellow pepper (small one), machine oil, raw cashew, wrinkled yellow apples, chamomile, smoked cheese, iodine and a touch of Jerez. Medium body, fresh with good volume, structure and flavours of chamomile tea, baked pear with cashew and Roquefort. And just to add a cherry on top, it has a long salty aftertaste with a rusty finish.
