Cuvée Antonia Perles Blanques

A Brut blanc-de-noirs-led cuvée leaning on Pinot Noir with a Chardonnay supporting voice, fermented in stainless steel with part of the Chardonnay seeing time in old oak before assemblage. The wine spends at least 24 months on its lees in bottle before disgorgement, which is what gives the house style its creamy texture and toasted lift underneath the orchard-fruit core. The 2023 vintage in Penedès was one of the earliest and driest on record, marked by a third consecutive drought year with reported rainfall deficits of roughly 50-65 percent across the DO, so yields collapsed but what came in was healthy and concentrated. Expect a tighter, more vertical Cuvée Antonia than a generous year would deliver - less flesh, more line.
