Brut Vintage Rose

I've had many bottles of this wine but never written down a word about it, which says something - it's the kind of Cava you reach for without thinking. Pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, a touch of brioche. Friendly but not dumb; it has enough acidity and structure to keep your attention.
