This wine, while not as generous and intense as the '06 vintage, is in beautiful shape. It features notes of sweet tobacco, herbs, and dark fruit. The palate is juicy, with good acidity and mature tannin, leading to a relatively long aftertaste. However, the flavours might fall short of expectations. Despite this, its overall quality and mature profile make it a commendable and enjoyable wine (especially today).
