This wine stands out as an interesting discovery, especially when tasted blind. It boasts a complex and nuanced bouquet that includes chestnut, dried herbs, caramel, dried apricots, hóngchá, and mushrooms. Its round, almost seamless structure is complemented by mature tannins. The long and flavourful aftertaste is characterized by neat flavours of dried apricots and orange oil. While it exhibits some bitterness and an unusual sweetness, the wine is nicely balanced overall, offering a unique and engaging tasting experience.
