The wine features an incredibly complex and multilayered bouquet, with pâte de fruits, bakery spices, old croissant, crushed apple seeds, and aged bái mǔdān cake, baked apples, Tiramisu, caramel, and mushrooms. It has a good structure, leading to a generous, very long, and flavourful aftertaste that is almost chewable. Delicate Jerez flavors add a refined touch.
This blend consists of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay, with 76% of the grapes sourced from Grands Crus vineyards and the remaining 24% from Premiers Crus.
