L'Atavique (2020)

A lovely wine, even if not particularly expressive. But it's super pristine - clean, focused, and quietly confident. A touch of creaminess, white fruit, lemon, chalk, and almonds. Nothing showy or attention-grabbing, but so well executed it's hard not to admire. Mineral, delicate, yet with real structure and a solid backbone.
