Les Bournais

Simply one the winemaker's best cuvées. Still too young and somewhat closed, but finally - finally - proper acidity (most other Chidaine bottlings struggle with this). Good minerality threading through yellow fruits and a touch of linden honey.

The issue? It's a bit smeared, lacking either body or structure - can't quite put my finger on which. Needs time to sort itself out. Worth the wait though.
