Etna Bianco Montalto

Unlike the previous bottle, this one is more approachable thanks to more fruit and less oxidation. So instead of pressed bái mǔdān, we have yellow fruits here. Luckily, wet stones and citrus decided to stay with us. Well-balanced and sophisticated.

Not the simplest Carricante out in the wild, though I am not sure if in a good way. A charming bouquet of pressed bái mǔdān, mildew, oysters, and citrus. Initially, I thought it lacked balance, but after chilling it properly, everything became right. It has a mineral and fresh palate with a long and neat aftertaste.
