Etna Rosso Santo Spirito

Among the wines by Tenuta delle Terre Nere I've tasted this evening, Santo Spirito reminds of Burgundy the most. Beautiful bouquet with red flowers, fried sunflower seeds, cherry, briar, and wet forest floor. Delicate, elegant, and almost perfectly balanced with a long and delicious aftertaste. It's my favourite wine from this producer. And after tasting so many Etna wines with loud names, I have a confession. I like Girolamo Russo wines more. That's it!
