Etna Rosso Calderara Sottana

A nicely developed Etna Rosso from the top producer. Restrained bouquet with notes of earth, smoke, cherry and oak. Medium-plus body with a youthful palate, good acidity, grippy tannin, good balance and a long and flavourful aftertaste. Not simple. Needs time. Still has potential.
