Part of the "TOC Collection" - a one-off experimental edition by Cascina Tavijn. 100% Vermentino from a friend's organically farmed vineyard near Nadia's - the vines were pulled up last year, making this wine unrepeatable. Destemmed and fermented on the skins for one week (hence the orange colour), aged exclusively in fibreglass. 700 bottles produced. Based on Nadia's words.
