The same sheet gives the 2024 cellar work: hand harvest, half the fruit destemmed and half left as whole clusters, an 18-day maceration, then twelve months on the lees in French oak barrels of one to ten years. The wine is bottled at the property by the SCEV Santé et Associés, the company behind Clos de Somméré, which pairs the Santé family's fifth-generation vineyard with the Marseille négoce Régis & Sylvain; the label names both. 12.5% on the label; the 2023 was 13.5%.
