Most of the opaque-tasting participants guessed that it was white wine. Boy, how good and fascinating it is. I actually decided to taste it after Mykola Chobanu's wine tasting (I missed it) and Vova Ulianov's review.
Expressive and intense bouquet of green walnut, toasts, almond croissant, buckwheat honey, green buckwheat, oat milk and panna cotta. Powerful and warm mouthfeel with a long and persistent aftertaste of condensed milk and buckwheat porridge. Nice.
