Field blend (Grecanico, Carricante, ???) from 1200 of NW side of Mt Etna. MLF, lees and oak. Result is great. Sunflower seeds, honey, grapefruit, yellow fruits, green almond, white flowers. Fresh and oily palate, very long aftertaste with flavours of yellow plume and salted sunflower seeds.
