Jeudi 15 Rosato

Quite simple rosé, nothing really fascinating. Cherry, wild strawberry with notes of brine. Until properly aerated, brine dominates the palate, but then it mixes with some wild strawberries, which is a funny combination. QPR here is questionable, unfortunately.
