Cerasuolo di Vittoria

Lucky me that I didn't learn about Cerasuolo di Vittoria from this bottle. Red fruits and raw meat. Sound good, right? Unfortunately, it also has perfume and vegetable notes. It's decently balanced. It has a medium body. But boy, it needs some food to back it. Table wine. Not bad per se, yet there are far better choices.
