Over the past 12 months, we've gone through several bottles of this wine - and each one felt different. On paper that sounds like inconsistency, but when the quality's this high across the board, there's really nothing to complain about.
This bottle opened with a cheesy, creamy nose, layered with notes of cider, pears, and a damp cellar vibe. On the palate it's dry, delicate yet generous, with a complexity that doesn't shout but deeply satisfies. Just damn tasty.

Wow, delightful! This wine boasts a cool aroma with a hint of medicinal notes. It features white fruits, a touch of dried banana and band-aid. It's reminiscent of the sparkling wines from Frick, yet more refined. The aftertaste is long, the acidity superb. There's even a hint of cider and nuts---truly a pleasure to experience.
