Viña Tondonia Blanco Gran Reserva

This wine is indeed absurdly young, yet it holds incredible promise for future development. I'm fortunate to have another bottle to revisit in the coming years. The nose is enchanting, with distinctive aromas of hop cones, lime, yellow apple skin, mushrooms, pollen, beeswax, juniper, white pepper, grilled asparagus, and a hint of white flowers. While currently restrained and requiring time and attention to fully open up in the glass, its captivating nature is undeniable. The palate is super fresh with a notable oak influence, offering a wonderful texture and structure. It is ephemeral, complex, and delicious, albeit youthful, promising even greater enjoyment with time.
