Trois Cépages

Less interesting than mono Poulsard but also more friendly. Stew made of berries mix, leather, cranberry, mulberry, sour cherry and some subtle hints of chocolate. Still sophisticated, well-balanced, and round. Higher in body, alcohol and sugar (?). But neat.
