This wine presented a challenge at first, dominated by an overwhelming wet wool aroma that initially masked the other characteristics.

However, as it opened up over time, it began to reveal a more intriguing profile with notes of wet pebbles, shrimp sauce, stone fruits, and citrus.

The real appeal of this wine lies in its taste: it boasts good acidity, an interesting mix of spiciness reminiscent of white pepper and grapefruit peel, alongside a notable salinity and good oak integration. The aftertaste is particularly impressive, being very long, flavourful, and salty.
