Nice minerality, smokiness, beautifully structured. Quite restrained, elegant, great acidity. A good, solid wine that does its job with quiet confidence.
Field blend anchored by Souvignier Gris (local hybrid). This is exactly the white I want for casual sipping - nothing overdone, just precise and mineral. Seven months on lees in big wood (2900L) plus natural MLF add texture without shouting about it. Fruit is subtle. Not complex, but super accessible and well-integrated. Really nice stuff.
